As a woman-owned business enterprise (WBE), Joan Newman & Associates provides legal training and coaching to government and military agencies and personnel. Joan provides enlisted and government lawyers with customized one-on-one coaching curricula as well as group training programs. She teaches and fine-tunes skills in strategic planning, decision making, project management, communication, time management, leadership, and professional etiquette. Joan helps attorneys become more confident, capable, and successful in their careers and bring more value to their employers and clients. She also provides facilitation services, legal outplacement counseling, and group presentations on a variety of pressing legal industry topics.
